let me tell y’all what i just did
i squeezed 2-3 cloves of garlic through that tool for doing that
and mixed it, with a whisk, with about a teaspoon of olive oil
then i chopped up about half a cup of raw walnuts and added that, along with a little salt and pepper
then i chopped up a can of whole artichoke hearts (rinsed em, first), added that
added half a lemon of juice
shredded up about 2tbsp of parmesan into it
added several leaves of mint and a hand full of cilantro finely chopped
and then freaked out how good it was. try it sometime.
